In an effort to be a more fun/cool mom I've decided to up my game on pancakes. Weston asks for them at least twice a week... I'm usually making them every other day. Although, he'd have them twice a day if I let him. So since we are officially in the holiday season I have decided to make different types of pancakes for each season.
First up was ghosts... with chocolate chip eyes. Weston loved it.
