This weekend we celebrated Easter early due to us being out of town over the acutal holiday. Grandma and Grandpa Brown hid eggs for the little boys to find... unfortunately some of them were found before the little ones even had a chance to get out there and hunt...
Those sneaky squirrels pilfered three or four eggs before the little boys could get out there and scare them away.
It took Weston a couple eggs before he figured out what the objective was, but then he did really well at looking for the Easter eggs. He even found some that I hadn't even seen.

He was curious to see what was inside them. Luckily we were good at keeping him focused on finding more eggs instead of eating the jelly beans.
He became real serious about the egg finding. It was so cute.
Found it!!
After the egg hunt the little ones ran around outside and enjoyed a really lovely spring afternoon.
Of course Weston spent most of his time on the swing...
Having so much fun!
Little man has it made! Cupcake - yep. Swing - yep. Grandma - yep. Life is perfect.
Wheelbarrow rides from Grandpa.
All in all it was a very fun afternoon!
And now Weston should be a pro at finding Easter eggs come the big egg hunt at my brother's house in a couple weeks.
